Moral authority is another way to define servant-leadership. It represents a reciprocal choice between a leader and a follower. If the leader is principle centered, he or she will follow the leader. Servant leaders are a builder not a destroyer. They have their own natural rhythm. A leader is not an identifiable style of person. What is What is Servant Servant Leadership? Leadership? Leaders are not trained; they evolve. Leadership is an art. They need more than inspiration, more than insight. They have to take a risk today and say, I will go; come with me .
