  25. Assignment Brief Task 2 For this task, you must select one service user who has a physiological disorder. The individual could be a family member, relative, friend or neighbour, but your selection must be agreed with your teacher before proceeding. OR you can use the case study provided by your teacher. 1. A treatment plan that includes all of the following : An assessment of the care needs of the individual showing evidence of review to ensure improved outcomes for the service user, explaining how the plan would impact on your selected service user s health and well being. A justification of the recommendations in the plan, designed to meet the needs of the service user, together with the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment plan.
