  7. Export/Import 3 continued For the TE member schools exporting under this provision is Obligated to award TE scholarships to at least an equal number of imports For example, the school exports two students under the E/I 3 provision the exporting school is obliged to award at least two imports to accepted TE candidates Tracking of Export/Import 3 TE Central is working on making programming changes stay tuned Want to know which schools signed up for E/I3 TELO homepage Left side in the blue section REPORTS section Last report E/I 3 Participants 3/3/2025 7

TE Central is in the process of adding recognized Exchange programs TE Members wishing to participate will connect the double counted IMPORT like you connect students with the correct exporting institution TE Central is in the process of finalizing these details stay tuned TE Central may ask TE Member schools for additional information regarding this program HINT: Be sure to share this with your Enrollment Management and HR team members 3/3/2025 11

  12. TE Co-Op Program TE Cooperative Program (TE Co-Op program) (Motion 3) The TE Board of Directors approved the discontinuation of this program By passing of EI3 and DC3 (Motions 1 and 2), the TE Coop Program is no longer needed What does this mean for my TE Co-Op status? All current Co-Op imports and exports are grandfathered forward Status of the 2014-15 annual report (due October 31, 2014) is the baseline status TE Central will evaluate annually until the end of the academic year 2018-19 any TE Co-Op school in a status of other than Satisfactory to determine if a status of leniency is needed HINT: If your TE information includes TE Co-Op language please update to eliminate confusion 3/3/2025 12

  13. General Program Notes TE Central's method of calculating member status remains the same All TE member schools are encouraged to strive for an equal number of imports and exports, outside the up-to-three each year as passed under E/I 3 TE Central recognizes that most of our member schools successfully administer the TE program TE Central will, on a case-by-case basis, monitor schools that appear to be out- of-balance and visit directly with that TE member school 3/3/2025 13
