i.e. from conception to 2 years
 
This includes partners / any primary care-giver
 
Rationale is due to importance of parent-infant
relationship, and possible rapid decline of parental
mental health. We have a window of opportunity!

: Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and
computerised CBT (Silvercloud). Psychological Wellbeing
Practitioners, 6 x 30 min sessions
Step 3
: High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and
counselling. EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, Interpersonal
Therapy, Couples Counselling for Depression
Step 3+
: Psychological therapy for complex cases
 
Groups
:
Managing emotions group
Perinatal Compassion Focused Therapy Group
Mindfulness Group
 
Face to face and remote (Telephone, video)

Diagnosis service
Crisis support
Support for ADHD/Autism as the
main presenting problem
