The Title I, Part A supplemental funds provide
enhanced opportunities for the children at these
schools to gain the knowledge and skills taught at
their grade level and to meet the rigorous state
performance standards.
The funds are also used to provide information,
training and materials for parents to encourage
active, effective participation in the teaching of
