International Summer School in Archaeology and Greek Language (July) The Summer School of Archaeology in Thessaloniki is an innovative program offered by the Toumba Excavation of the Department of Archaeology and the School of Modern Greek Language of the Aristotle University. Duration: 3 weeks Period: July Relating fields: Archaeology, History of Art, Anthropology, Classics and History Number of participants: 10-15 Fees: 2000 euros Language: English-Greek ECTS: 6 www.smg.auth.gr 3

Australian & Greek-Australian students (NUGAS) The aim of the summer school is to help all participants get acquainted with the Greek culture, history and everyday life in Greece and to improve their communication skills with Greek native speakers. Students will have the opportunity to retrieve basic elements of their heritage and tradition. Intensive monthly courses (July & August-September) The summer schools hosts hundreds of students from all over the world, creating a multicultural environment. Therefore, the students get acquainted with the Greek way of life and enjoy contact with different people within the lively and warm atmosphere of the city of Thessaloniki.
