Our Vision: The Wheelers Way We strived for excellence for every child at every opportunity We provided a supportive and nurturing environment that enables all students and staff to have high expectations and take pride in their achievements We endeavoured to motivate students and staff to aspire to be the best version of themselves We model mutual respect towards society as a whole and lead by example

The Wheelers Way We actively worked against making allowances or considering the theory of boy friendly strategies and worked against the stereotypes surrounding what boys are supposed to like and enjoy We encouraged and promoted a culture of openness and discussion of feelings, motivations and reasons for behaviours and outcomes We empowered and encouraged staff at all levels to interact and talk to the boys when moving around school We modelled mutual respect towards society as a whole and a moral responsibility in the student body as a whole
