  2. Context With the end of the post electoral crisis in 2010, Ivory Coast s sector development initiatives has increase very fast. As a result, the different activities (transport, industries, housing, agriculture, ) led to high emissions of GHG environment. Because of that situation, there is an emergency to develop a strategy to reduce GHG emissions. To help Ivory Coast to have appropriate instrument for developing NAMA in accordance with UNFCCC a work plan has been drew and specify the activities which must be effective to develop NAMAs. and degradation of

Objectives Create an institutional framework involving all stakeholders and allowing the implementation of the different activities related to NAMAs Inform and educate all stakeholders on the activities related to NAMA: the concepts, challenges and different stages of development of a program of NAMA

Context Objectives Train the different actors on the NAMA process: elaboration of potential request; define strategies to implement NAMAs; mobilization of national and international resources according to UNFCCC principles.   9. Methodology Wish of having a participative approach which involved all the concerned actors. A multi criteria approach with multi actors based on methodological tools. Those tools were born thanks to consultation and initiative to mitigate climate change in accordance with UNFCCC dispositions. Roles and responsabilities of the different actors involved in the process will be specify during coordination meetings and meetings with the stakeholders.
