Recent Report Edits Recent Report Edits Cumulative Report Coverage Synced to Site Coverage To create more useful comparisons of site data to the aggregate INTERMACS data, coverage for the cumulative reports will be restricted to the year of the site s first implant reported to INTERMACS. For example if this site s first implant in INTERMACS was in 2019 the cumulative report would be comparing site data to an aggregate of patients starting in 2019. Prior VAD Report Changed to Prior Durable LVAD We have restructured the Prior VAD report into the Prior Durable LVAD Patients. This version of the report is limited to patients whose first device pre-implant form indicates prior durable LVAD or TAH support. Patients with a history of temporary support before their first durable device are now grouped in the Primary Patients Report.
Planned Report Edits Planned Report Edits Expand Device Malfunction Rates to include Major/Minor and Patient / Management Related This calculation will be limited to when the Major/Minor Question went live (V6.1 11/2/21) This edit will launch 2023 Q1 (dist. March 2024)
Upcoming changes: Upcoming changes: Expand Device Malfunction Rates to include Major/Minor and Patient / Management Related Add Lines for or Create a stand alone exhibit - Device Malfunction - Major* - Device Malfunction Minor* - Patient Related* - Management Related* - Device Related* * Rates limited to patients implant since the V6.1 release (11/2/21) ? Split out Dev Mal /Pump Throm Patient/Management related?
