Evaluation/Feedback
How satisfied you are by content?
very satisfied 25; satisfied 9
The workshop was great, and so were information about
useful contents and e-learning links.
Presentation of the new model, model that is useful for
students but that can also give new perspective to
professionals.
Very serious and complex content was presented in a way
that is easy to understand.
I’d like to especially praise the presentation from student’s
perspective.
Interaction and work in groups, experience exchange.
Innovation, participation, following new e. learning
modules.
1b How would you improve the
materials for future use?
I can’t give useful feedback with this amount of
information.
I wish that material base constantly expands and gets
more cases.
Enable access to materials and register training in
Social Welfare Chamber
If there is a possibility, I would use entire knowledge
and experience of professionals who work in different
fields of social care, put them into examples or include
students in work of professionals so they can get
familiar to all of the aspects of SW processes.
2. Motivation for using presented
sources for learning in the future?
very successful 25; successful 9
As my job is to support professionals who get in direct
touch with clients, it is very useful because I got new
ideas for work.
Learning through experience is irreplaceable part of
learning and I hope it will become part of this project in
the future.
I love experiencing innovative methods, so I will
certainly use this one too.
I will definitely make some time to try it. It seems like
an approachable, interesting and efficient tool.
E-learning, simulative and applicable in every field.
3. How safe did you feel sharing
information and studying in group?
very safe 18; safe 14; neutral 2
3a Educational materials to be
accessible to wide number of interested
people, yet safe from abuse?
Use limited to the circle of professionals who work
with families, random checking and evaluation of
success and material use.
Mailing lists that include members, sharing material on
web portals including mandatory registration.
Internet + password (students + professionals)
I can’t see possibilities for abuse of learning materials,
because every way of learning materials use has results
that in some particular situation can be noted as
positive ones.
3b How could learning process
during group activities in these
modules be developed?
Exchange, different views on the case, reflection and
analyze different perspectives.
It seems to me that, based on the presented there is a
high degree and it seeks opportunities to engage (to
show, to exercise).
Smaller groups, workshops that last more than a day,
impel discussion.
As much workshops, simulations and discussions as
possible.
Prepare participants that group members may show
different attitudes, thoughts, hypothesis addressing
others, do that the risk for conflicts and tensions is
decreased.
4. How satisfied you are of e-
learning materials presented?
very satisfied 17; satisfied 15; neutral 2
4a What was good about the materials?
Simplicity and concreteness.
Practical examples from different countries.
Possibility of professional development is accessible to
everyone, if it’s free.
Interactive, engages empathy, connects theory,
practice, legislation and context. Shows the importance
of creative learning.
Illustrative examples and possibility of following the
process through all of its phases.
E-learning materials are more accessible this way to
both students and professionals.
4b How could these materials be
improved?
Just spread the information that they exist
Collect platform users’ comments.
We haven’t seen the hole materials on this
presentation, so I can’t assess if there are any flaws.
Collecting different materials. Enrichment by later
adding more examples
Mobile phone and tablet app – webinars.
As much as examples from practice as possible, include
perspectives of professionals and users through
examples.
Widening content and concrete examples from practice
along with their constant promotion.
5. How successful was this event in
motivating you to search e-learning
materials in the future?
 very successful 24; successful 9; neutral 1
I believe that it will be very useful in my future professional
work; a I will certainly inform other people about it.
It motivated me to spend more time on more research and
studying this way.
Child hub will be the website I will certainly visit regularly.
It’s the fact that this is 21
st
century and that we should aim it.
Resources for e-learning are limited in Serbia, and even when
there are some professionals aren’t sure how to use them
because they think it’s complicated. This event made them
more approachable.
Additional comments
Special compliments to the students of Master Studies on good
presentation of their experiences.
You’ve done great and important job. Well done.
As always more studying, materials, exchanges, friendly meetings etc.
Bravo for your effort and engagement.
It’s such a short time for me to say it and explain it all. As a new and
different learning and knowledge sharing style it opens many possibilities
and promises a lot.
We’re looking forward to September for final grade and enhancement.
Great project that opens learning possibilities in a new and dynamic way.
There should be more projects like this.
Thank you for opening new perspectives, additional charging and new
ideas developing.
Bravo, great collaboration, more participants, coordinated, creative and
adjusted to practical needs.

in student’s education of the future social workers, enhancing of the
knowledge and creativity.
Indentified changes to materials
Adaptations for different learners
(students of different levels, practitioners

To consider possibilities and gains of
various use of material
Wider changes which might be relevant
to all partners
Accessibility issues
