WP1 achievements Task 1.1: Strategic steering (M1-M60 ) Leader: P01-INSERM; Contributors: Executive Committee (WP leaders) Governance bodies (General Assembly & Executive Committee set up) Scientific Advisory Board recruited Monthly ExCom calls to discuss bottlenecks and prepare GA votes Decision on changing strategy for database set up: inclusion of new partner KADUCEO Task 1.2: Project monitoring and risk management (M1-M60) Leader: P01-INSERM, Contributors: P13-IT & Executive Committee (WP leaders) Regular monitoring of WPs and detection of bottlenecks/problems via monthly ExCom calls Assessment done on COVID sanitary measures impact First Risk management plan set up Review meeting 30/09/2021 3

WP1 achievements Task 1.3: Administrative and Financial Support (M1-M60) Leader: P01-INSERM, Contributors: P13-IT Prefunding distributed among partners First amendement organised (new partner: partner 15 Kaduceo; partner 6 LNI changed into partner 14 Wellspring; contribution of all partners to payment of external ethic advisor) First reporting coordinated and submitted in time Project Management Handbook sent to all partners Review meeting 30/09/2021 4

7. WP1 Management Hurdles and bottlenecks: Only online meetings were possible (except kick-off!) Partner 7 CEGX announced its withdraw at end of first period Decisions/actions to be taken within the next months: Substitution for P7 CEGX: GA vote to be prepared and organised, then ammendment Review meeting 30/09/2021 7

WP1 Scientific Management Meetings organised: Kick-off meeting in Paris 23th-24th January 2020 (in person) ExCom calls once a month, one hour (starting in March 2020) Online consortium meeting 11-12th May 2021 Meetings to come: Consortium meeting to be scheduled for first trimester of 2022 (in person) Ongoing collaborations /connections to other WPs: Steady contact with all WPs via the monthly ExCom calls Review meeting 30/09/2021 8
