Achievements in the project include successful completion of institutional reports, development of competence models, reaching target groups, and conducting online surveys. Important findings were gained, and differences were elaborated upon. The project also analyzed national reports and the political agenda on employability. Future tasks involve further developing the competence model, establishing references between survey results and the model, and drawing conclusions for its enhancement.
