Qatar's Research and Development Enterprise: Progress and Priorities
The Qatar National Research Strategy outlines a vision and mission for the country's R&D enterprise, focusing on inclusiveness and merit to develop capabilities, build a competitive economy, improve health and well-being, support culture and security, and preserve the environment. Qatar Foundation's leadership facilitates planning and management across R&D entities, including research institutions, the private sector, and Qatar Science & Technology Park.
