Length 2 meters 7.5 meters Ovality Half of diameter tolerance Straightness 0.25 mm per meter maximum Surface Finish Upto 0.20 Ra maximum Chamfering Available in 30, 45 and 60 degree. Crack Test Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Ultrasonic Test 100% tested through Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector as per ASTM A-388. Length Tolerance Special cut to length bars in tolerance 0/+10 mm Packaging In wooden boxes weighing between 500-1000 kg bundle with lifting belts. Wrapped with rust preventive oil throughout the bar.
