Answered Prayer: Requirements and Hindrances
I Samuel 12:23 But as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by failing to pray for you, and I will teach you the way that is good and right. 2
Prayer is not a substitute for work. It is the work for which there is no substitute. 3
Isaiah 59:1-2 Surely the Lord s arm is not too short that he cannot save, nor his ear dulled that he cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he will not hear! 4
