  1. Swim Lane Mapping Activity Directions: 1. Print slides 1-20 2. Clear a large area on the floor 3. Use masking tape to make four lanes as shown by the blue lines below 4. Place the role members in the lanes as shown below (slides 2-5) 5. Watch the postpartum hemorrhage video 6. Pass out the process steps (slides 6-18) and arrange them on the swim lane diagram outline on the floor 7. Check key on slide 19 8. Watch the postpartum hemorrhage video for a second time looking for contributing factors 9. Write contributing factors on post it notes and add them to the swim lane diagram 10.
