The New Prague High School Girls Swim & Dive Team welcomes swimmers and divers to various events including captains' practices, first day of practice, swim sisters program, pasta feed, and first meet. Captains Lydia Popple, Elise Pahl, and Audrey Seurer lead the team. Communication details and essential information for participants are provided for upcoming activities. 5. Captains Practice August 9th-13th: 8:00am-9:00am New Prague Fitness and Aquatic Center (FAC) Pool All swimmers and divers are encouraged to come Ice breakers, practices, and fun! Swimmers: One Piece Suit, Cap, Goggles, Towel, Water Bottle, Dry Clothes, Optional Gear (Paddles, Fins, etc.) Divers: Work Out Clothes (shoes optional), Yoga Mat, One Piece Suit, Goggles, Towel, Water Bottle

6. First Day of Practice August 16th: 6:00am-8:00am FAC Pool Swimmers: One Piece Suit, Cap, Goggles, Water Bottle, Towel Optional: Kick Board, Fins, Paddles, Pull Buoy, etc. Divers: One Piece Suit, Towel/Chamois, Water Bottle Misc. Optional: Lock, Shampoo/Conditioner, Hairbrush, Snack, Dry Clothes, Waterproof Shoes

7. Swim Sisters Big (Veteran Teammate) Sister paired with a Little (Newer Teammate) Sister Big Sister Role Support Little Sister Answer Questions Provide Advice Sister Traditions Exchange notes and/or small gifts at meets Cheer for each others races

8. First Pasta Feed Wednesday, August 25 at 6:00pm ALL swimmers and divers are welcome! Newman House

9. First Meet August 26th at Mankato East Senior High School Bus leaves FAC at 3:00pm Arrive Early! Meet starts at 6:00pm Arrive back at FAC around 10:30pm
