Arena Operations 1 full time 1 full time (seasonal), 1 part time (seasonal) Governance OPERATIONS President- Lloyd MacDonald Board- Brian MacInnis, Tish MacInnis, Ryan MacDonald, Ashli Campbell, Damian MacInnis, Jamieson Chisholm, Ryan Beaton and Martha Campbell. RV Park 3 Full Time (Seasonal-2 students)
Cape Breton West Islanders Major Midget 8 team league (Cape Breton West, Cape Breton Rush, Pictou, Cole Harbour, Dartmouth, Halifax, Valley, and South Shore) Season runs from mid-September to March 2017 Telus Cup Champs (Sydney hosting in 2021) Producing high quality athletes (Logan Timmons, Cheticamp; Mathew MacNeil, Margaree; Steven Fox , Newtown; Malcolm MacEachern, Long Point; Kennan Gillis, Judique; Liam MacKinnon, Aberdeen; Colten Ellis, River Denys; Kenzie MacPhail & Kyle Duke MacDonald, Inverness) Proud to support the Al MacInnis Sports Centre as their home arena Highest Attendance throughout the league

Long Term Sustainability Wind Turbines RV Park Long Term Agreement with NS Power until 2036 The partnership allows the Sportscentre to be a 7-month operation Revenue will flow to arena by 2025 Annual Revenue streams currently at $180,000 Drive profit approx. $125,000 annually
