The cost for this visit will be £208.00
with a
non-refundable
£30.00 deposit due by 30
th
June 2021.
We will not be able to accept any deposits after this time.
An additional payment of £40.00 is due by 30
th
November
2021 with the remaining balance, £138.00, paid by 28
th
February 2022 and will be put on ParentPay after the deposit
closing date. All payments must be paid through ParentPay.
We will set up ParentPay so that you can pay in instalments
from July.
Wednesday- arrive- drop bags in hall
One bag with contents list
Kit list- Children to pack with you please!
Warm clothes, layers- enough for new set each
day and spare to get changed if get wet!
Anorak, waterproofs, boots/old trainers,
wellies, thick socks
Indoor pair of shoes
Sleeping bag/pillow with pillow case
Sun cream and hat
Extras
x1 small pack of sweets
No electronics (no cameras/phones)- teachers will
take plenty of photos for the website and Class
Dojo
Book/card games
A wristwatch or alarm clock is good idea
Medication
Any medication handed to teacher on day
we leave- with signed consent note.
This includes Calpol and other over-the-
counter medication such as antihistamines
