2. SCOPE & APPLICABILITY The provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 5 of the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014 and any other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 Section 135 of the Companies Act, speaks about the CSR obligations. The salient features of CSR, as applicable to the' Company, are under: (a)CSR has been made mandatory: It applies to the Company as its, I. Net worth is more than Rs.500 Crore; or II. Turnover is more than Rs.1000 Crore; or III. 'Net profit: is more than Rs.5 Crore; According to the strict interpretation of this Section, if a Company achieves any one of the aforementioned criterion, it gets eligibility to spend CSR and immediately it has to form a Board s sub-committee called "CSR Committee'. Ozone Pharmaceuticals Limited, it has crossed one of the threshold limits and therefore, it has to spend CSR for the FY 2019-20 onwards.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CSR Execution of CSR funds of Rs. 28.15 lakh have been approved by M/s OZONE PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, via implementing agency named as MAA MADHURI BRIJ VARIS SEWA SADAN APNA GHAR SANSTHA(CSR00003469), towards approved CSR activities with the aim of Adding Life to Years and Years to Life . We as a pharmaceutical company are proud to be a part of Initiative towards the betterment of our Society, through the activities which teach us how to help each other to develop a better bond as human beings. In order to process the funds towards CSR initiative, Ozone have issued a cheque(ref no.000002), in the name of Maa Madhuri Brij Varis Sewa Sadan Apna Ghar Sanstha, amounting to Rs 28,15,000/- only (in words Rupees Twenty Eight Lakh Fifteen Thousand only) towards the CSR activities approved via the Memorandum of Understanding (ref no. OPL/CSR/IA/2019_22/30032022). We at Ozone encourage the implementation of activates that aims to serve Humanity and leads towards betterment of society, BecauseLife Is Precious.

5. IMPLEMENTATION OF CSR Cont.. SUMMARY NOTE ON IMPLEMENTING AGENCY: APNA GHAR SANSTHA, have approximately running 49 Apna Ghar Ashrams across the country, where more than 8000 homeless helpless destitute sick persons are getting love, treatment, food, care, shelter and all other required services without any charges. It is noteworthy that APNA GHAR SANSTHA, run by the organization, is built on 35 acres of land, is the largest home in the country in terms of its category and specialties , specifications and ideology. At present, there are 3717 homeless helpless sick persons residing in this. There are many females rescued in pregnant stage and their delivery done at Apna Ghar Ashram Bharatpur or Government and private hospitals. So at present 123 children of such mothers are residing in the Ashram. The organization is running an upper primary school for these children which is affiliated with the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. The construction of new building for this school is under progress. This school is being constructed on 6000 sqm land in which the total covered area is 9000 sq ft.
