1.3 Regularity of Meetings 1.3 Regularity of Meetings The subcommittees as well as the Governing Council have scheduled quarterly meetings. Not including any special meetings, this means all subcommittees as well as the Governing Council have a minimum of four meetings in a year. The Governing Council have been complying to the scheduled meetings for the year 2020. The calendar has dates for the strategic planning, budget and AFS
