Chhattisgarh Rural Medical Corps (CRMC) is a program under the Department of Health and Family Welfare in Chhattisgarh aimed at providing health services in difficult and remote rural areas by engaging specialist doctors, medical officers, and staff nurses. CRMC addresses the lack of healthcare professionals in challenging areas through incentives, career growth opportunities, and non-monetary benefits. The program focuses on improving healthcare services in underserved regions and offers various incentives to attract skilled manpower. Key features include priority in PG course admissions, monthly incentives, and assurance of postings. The program also outlines the distribution of health facilities and the composition of staff under the CRMC agreement.
