  3. Bill Due Dates ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-2012 BILLING CALENDAR Students are responsible for checking PAWS on a regular basis. It is possible for changes to occur between billing cycles. Online at http://www.tcnj.edu/~sfs/account/calendar.html LATE PAYMENT FINE APPLIED TO STUDENT ACCOUNT MONTH CHARGES APPLIED TO STUDENT ACCOUNT EMAIL SENT TO STUDENTS TCNJ EMAIL PAYMENT DUE DATE INITIAL SPRING BILL NOVEMBER 18, 2011 NOVEMBER 2011 JANUARY 4, 2012 GRACE PERIOD JANUARY 2012 FEBRUARY 6, 2012 FEBRUARY 20, 2012 FEBRUARY 27, 2012 STUDENTS WHO REGISTERED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 15th, 2011 WILL BE SUBJECT TO DE-REGISTRATION IF STUDENT ACCOUNT IS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE JANUARY 4TH DUE DATE. An official TCNJ email will be sent to students advising them to check their student account in PAWS STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING THE RESPONSIBLE BILL PAYER AND/OR SIGNING UP THE RESPONSIBLE BILL PAYER TO RECEIVE EMAIL BILLING NOTIFICATIONS .   5. Bill Payment Methods Credit Card Payment Accepted Only On The Web Our credit card processor charges a 2.35% convenience fee and accepts MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. MasterCard Or Pay by Mail Payment by check or money order can be sent to our bank s lock box: The College of New Jersey Office of Student Accounts PO Box 8500-1791 Philadelphia, PA 19178-1791 NOTE: Payments by mail may take up to 10 business days to post to a student s account. Please allow enough time for your payment to post to meet the billing due date. DO NOT SEND PRIVATE SCHOLARSHIP CHECKS TO THE PHILADELPHIA ADDRESS.

We do not charge for this option Funds will be electronically debited (ACH) from your personal or business checking or savings account. Please be sure to have your routing and checking account number readily available to complete this transaction.   11. Student Permission Forms Click on Other Financials Select View Student Permission Form and click on the Go Button

  12. Student Permission Forms Click on Grant Permissions and follow directions. Click on Submit button.

  13. Attendance Confirmation Click on Attendance Confirmation in your PAWS Student Center and follow the directions

Parking Must have a decal on your car to park on campus If you attended another institution for ONE SEMESTER only and are living on TCNJ s campus, you are NOT eligible to have a car on campus the Spring semester If you have not completed the Vehicle Registration Form, you can email parking@tcnj.edu with you vehicle information and a decal will be process All decals will be available for pick-up in Student Accounts at the start of the semester Parents and visitors who come to campus need to obtain a Visitor Pass to park on campus. Visit the Information Booth in front of Loser Hall or Campus Police

Student Health Insurance $150.00 per semester All undergraduate students carrying a minimum of 3 units are billed, along with other college fees, for coverage under the student accident and illness health insurance plan. A benefit of being a TCNJ student is the opportunity to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). Highlights of SHIP include: - $3,000 per accident/sickness max with an additional $47,000 major medical. - Caremark prescription card with $300 prescription drug benefits for covered accidents and sicknesses per policy year. NO CO-PAYS. - Wellness benefits (routine preventative health care as recommended by current clinical guidelines; up to $250 per year. - No co-pays or deductibles. Can be used as primary or to supplement other insurance. Since SHIP is not an excess policy, claims may be filed regardless of what other insurance coverage you may have. - Mental health benefits For more information about SHIP, please visit the Health Services web site at www.tcnj.edu/~wellness/health or call 609-771-2483.

Protect the Cost of Your Education With A Tuition Insurance Plan The current plan allows for 100% refund of tuition/fees (except health insurance and ID fee) and on-campus room/board, should the student need to withdraw due to serious illness or accident. Must enroll prior to first day of semester classes. Covers sports injury, mononucleosis, car accident, appendicitis, emergency or general surgery, hepatitis, death, emotional conditions, contagious disease, or any injury or sickness.
