Small Pipe Addendum pension rate
Increased $.50/hour in Year 1
In Years 2 & 3, 
the rate will increase the equivalent of 80% of any applicable
pension rate increase under the mainline agreement

Can move without penalty

Union will make effort to keep same steward throughout project

Trucks are only to be rented 
when used
When an Assembly Point is established off ROW and an Employee transports
him/herself to ROW – that is a business use
Projects where the Assembly Point is established on the ROW or at the work
location – the trucks are not used for business purpose (e.g. station jobs)
Base rental payment increased to $70/day
Steward rental payment is $10 above amount
Tax treatment is unchanged
Tax as payroll expense
Always check with your tax advisors
