  1. NEW MILFORD GREEN WAVE BASEBALL Senior Class of 2020

  2. Nick Bon Tempo - Baseball This would have been Nick s 4th year playing baseball, 2 years at the Varsity Level. Nick was the returning starting catcher and earned SWC Honorable Mention in 2019. He also earned the 2019 Mikey Pascento Teammate of the Year Award. Nick will be going to Arcadia University to study Healthcare Administration on a Pre-Physical Therapy track, and will be playing baseball.

  3. Jack Hayes - Baseball Jack would have been a 4-Year player in the Green Wave baseball program, including 2 years at the Varsity level where he played 1st base and was a DH. Jack will be going to UCONN where he will be studying Sports Management.

  4. Jake Martinez - Baseball Jake was looking forward to his Senior Year, playing ball with his lifelong friends, and being injury free. Jake will be attending Rhode Island College in the Fall.

  5. Ben Matthews - Baseball Throughout his 4 years of high school baseball Ben played SS, 2B, OF and P, winning Most Improved his Junior year. In the fall Ben plans on attending Penn State and majoring in Business Administration.

  6. Colin Murphy - Baseball Colin Murphy, received Alfred J. Verrecchia Scholarship and is attending the University of Rhode Island to major in Finance. He loves baseball and all the family he has become a part of because of this sport. Colin played outfield on a super talented team and intends on coaching in the future.

  7. Luke Pliego - Baseball Senior, #11, Luke Pliego, was a 2 year varsity baseball player who pitched important innings for the Green Wave, and will be dearly missed. He played in the Junior All Star Select team last year representing the Green Wave. Luke will be attending D3 powerhouse, UMass Boston, and will play baseball.

  8. Nick Ruffler - Baseball Nick Ruffler will be attending Springfield College. He will be majoring in Sports Management and will be playing baseball as well.

  9. Max Sarich - Baseball Max has been playing baseball for 12 years, and has been a catcher for 11 of those years. Max will be attending Central Connecticut State University and will be Majoring in Marketing.

  10. Ben Silver - Baseball Ben was going to be a 4 Year Varsity starter on the Green Wave Baseball team. He played 1st base and 3rd base over his career. Ben will be attending Lincoln Tech for the HVAC program.

  11. Jack Zegarelli - Baseball Jack played baseball for the Green Wave for 3 years as a shortstop and 2nd baseman. Jack will be attending James Madison University and majoring in Business.
