Students should be able to get into Naviance to add colleges they are interested in and applying to for Ms. Smith-Rossi. They need to create an account on Commonapp.com and apply to colleges from there. They upload their essay in the Common application. They must answer all bulleted parts in order to submit.
My email is lclark@yonkerspublicschools.org if you ever need me. Please give me 24 hrs to respond. I don t respond after 5pm. Please talk to your child about next year and their future plans i.e. taking a year off, college, dorming, not dorming, working part-time/full time, etc. I can not have students making up all missed work at the end of the year. It isn t fair to everyone who put in the effort to pass. Please reinforce the importance of deadlines. There should be less hand holding and responsibility on your part this year. They are seniors. Please look out for progress reports in each quarter. I will call you if necessary.
Thank you for Coming to Your Childs Last Open House!
