Tools, methods, standards and programs in Poland TDG chain 1. Act of 19 August 2011 on the carriage of dangerous goods. 2. The Law on Road Traffic. The most important Polish institution controlling compliance with the law on the transport of dangerous goods is the Road Transport Inspection. ADR Convention remains one of the most important documents regulating road transport. 49 countries remain part to the ADR, including Poland. ADR International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), drawn up in Geneva on 30 September 1957. It was ratified by Poland in 1975. The ADR Agreement - legislation covering a number of areas relating to the transport of dangerous goods. - Agreement proper - defining the legal relations between the participating parties, - Annexes A and B - conditions of transport of particular dangerous goods by road. Road Transport Inspection Article 100 of the Act of 19 August 2011 on the carriage of dangerous goods (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018, item 169). These tasks consist in the control of compliance with the regulations on the transport of dangerous goods, and in particular the control is subject to: 1) requirements set out in ADR, RID or ADN respectively and in the Act; 2) the technical condition of vessels, packaging, transport equipment 3) the technical condition of the means of transport used for transport, 4) the personal training carrying out the carriage of dangerous goods and activities related to such carriage, 5) the documents required for the transport of dangerous goods - ADR certificate.
