Our behavior is consistent and stems from our thoughts and feelings which comes from our belief system There are two main types of beliefs: Other Centered Beliefs and Self Centered Beliefs
The Anger Inventory (AI) This exercise is used to identify specific actions/behaviors that make us angry. The anger stems from a violation or confrontation of our belief system. The Anger Inventory examines four situations where a person interacts with others: 1) With Family, 2) At Work, 3) With Friends, and 4) With Strangers
