These changes are recent, and our system is still adapting a bit, but how have these changes impacted your approach to representation? How has the law changed FEM dynamics? 2. What do you see as the purpose of FEM's? What values do you try to bring to FEM's? What is important to you in regard to how these meetings are handled? 3. What do you see as your role in a family engagement meeting? 4. What do the best facilitators do in meetings that you appreciate? How do they integrate all team members to forward the case by bringing in all involved parties, including the GAL? 5. What barriers have you encountered in meetings and how have you navigated them? 9
