  4. Last Months Meeting Notes - 12/06/2022 Treasurer Report In Attendance: Due to a rise in costs, Bailee proposes an increase in corporate banner costs of $50. This would create $175 corporate fee and $125 personal fee. Terry Meyers second this motion and motion passes. Janel Smith Chris Erickson Cheryl Doyle Terry Meyers Lisa Fisher Bailee Kwilinski Ashley Leon Rafael Leon Sarah Cash + Mr Cash Jessica O Pam Davis Old Business Fall Festival: Better success this year versus years past Spring festival to be similar o Rafael to reach out to food trucks for Spring event End of Season Tournament: detailed discussion of what didn t work for a select few. Conversation steered towards how can we do better going forward. Board Positions: At the conclusion of Spring season there will be some board openings to include 2ndVP, President, Fundraising Coordinator and Concessions Manager Competitive League: Spring will be much more difficult due to scheduling. Therefore, players cannot be in both rec and comp league. Possible Jan tournament for competitive league. o Chris motions that players must commit to one (rec or comp) prior to registration (tryouts for comp league will be in January). Motion second by Sarah Cash. Those in favor, 10. Those opposed, 2. New Business Begin: 6:39 pm Ended: 8:45 pm Meeting Suspended for Continuation next week Field Use off season: Fields 2 & 3 not available for personal use, field 1 is, ask first for use. Review of bylaws: Discussion regarding opening day and how to make it bigger. Bailee makes changes to bylaws live on shared screen Motion to Approve last months notes-postponed

Treasurers Report All player credits from Fall & board member registration vouchers have been applied to accounts In progress of separating Recreational funds from Batbuster competitive funds Dick s Sporting Goods has once again sponsored our league with a $1000 shopping credit for equipment and gear Each team will need to find a sponsor. Team sponsorship starts at $150/season Batbuster Uniforms
