Create an optimal ecosystem for cooperation and development of policies and frameworks to strengthen the linkages between ICT development and global development goals. Goals include growth, inclusiveness, sustainability, and innovation with a focus on fostering global standards, interoperability, and improved performance in the ICT sector. Objectives encompass enhancing capacity, promoting digital inclusion, and providing assistance to countries in need.
