Building Management Systems (BMS), also known as Building Automation Systems (BAS), are computer-based control systems that regulate and monitor a building's mechanical and electrical equipment. They control aspects such as lighting, HVAC, security, access control, and fire alarms, offering benefits to tenants, building owners, and maintenance companies. BMS enhance internal comfort conditions, increase productivity, improve plant reliability, and enable efficient maintenance scheduling. The systems provide remote monitoring capabilities, promote energy savings, and contribute to a safer and more comfortable building environment.

  4. WHAT IS THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT? A Building Management System (BMS) or a (more recent terminology) Building Automation System (BAS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building s mechanical and electrical equipment such as: ILLUMINATION (lighting) cCONTROL HEATING,VENTILATION & AIR-CONDITIONING SECURITY AND OBSERVATIONS ACCESS CONTROL FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS TRACE HEATING SECURITY AUTOMATION

  5. 1.BENEFITS OF BULDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Building Tenant ocupants Building owner Maitenance companies

  6. BENEFITS OF BMS BUILDIN G TENANT OCUPA NT Good control of internal comfort conditions Increased staff productivity Improved plant reliability and life Effective response to HVAC-related complaints Save time and money during the maintenance. Higher rental value Flexibility on change of building use Individual tenant billing for services facilities manager Central or remote control and monitoring of building Increased level of comfort and time saving Remote Monitoring of the plants . 7. INDEX 1.PRODUCT EXTERN (VIVIMAT SYSTEM FOR BULDINGS) FEATURES

  8. 3.1 INTERNAL PRODUCT VIVIMAT III is the high performance system platform VIVIMAT product range. It is a fully renewed platform that offers processing power, storage, control and Fundamental requirements, if you want to have the most advanced features. automation of the higher expansion.

  9. FEATURES : What can we do in the building? Motion detection systems for security of the building. This motion detcetors would be connected to security systema and lighting systema of each floor Fire and smoked detection system located in each floor, for scurity. The system will make phone calls to the security company for each detection. The system includes a siren as a fire, smoked or intrusin alarm The lightning of every floor of the bulding will be connected to each motion detector. ON/OFF control of the AC and FAN of the building for energy efficiency
