A new guide led by Tara McGregor, Director of Research Scotland, focuses on good practices for planning and delivering ESOL programs for resettled refugees. The guide is a result of regional events, practitioner interviews, and learner feedback, aiming to share experiences, insights, and tools to overcome challenges in ESOL delivery. It covers strategic planning, effective partnership work, understanding local needs, delivering ESOL effectively, managing barriers, and supporting volunteers. The guide will be finalized soon and made available online for further feedback and comments.
