Pulse: Engaging NHS National Services Scotland Staff
Pulse is the bi-monthly staff magazine of NHS National Services Scotland, aiming to engage its 3,500 diverse staff members across 21 sites. The magazine covers corporate initiatives, strategic business units, local issues, and achievements in the health sector. Through a variety of articles and case studies, Pulse helps staff understand their roles within the organization, highlights achievements, and promotes a sense of community. The key objectives include keeping staff well informed, safe, involved in decisions, appropriately trained, and treated fairly. Every edition of Pulse includes a message from the chief Executive and includes a variety of Corporate Initiatives as well as highlighting key strategic Business Units (SBU s), local issues, developments and achievements. Pulse is available both on-line and in paper format at all NSS locations.
