  5. Revenue Model How we make money How do you make money? Who pays you? Describe how you get your product to your users subscription, referral, retail, etc.

  6. Market Validation How big can this get? What proof of market do you have? (Include stats from your research eg. X many people will spend X) How big is your market / target audience? (Talk in stats people, money, etc.)

  7. Financials Breakeven point How many units do you need to sell to cover your costs? Unit information - Cost per item - Selling price per item - Profit per item 0 5 15 10 20 30 No. of units sold Projections Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Year 1 Revenue Cost Profit
