Slide Note

Teachers: RE Today is a national educational charity that supports religious education about different religions and worldviews across the UK. They provide support to the National Association of teachers of RE, NATRE.

This resource enables you to plan and teach some good lessons using BBC programme clips from My life, my religion (which RE Today advisory staff were involved in making).

The lesson ideas emphasise the skills pupils need in gathering information about religions and in thinking for themselves. They are suited to learners aged 8-12. You might use these to teach remotely, or to get pupils to work on them as supported self study. You will need to tell your pupils how to share their work with you.
