  1. It is a document that records data obtained during evaluation It is always in organized manner. It describes the environmental or operational conditions. It shows comparison of test result with test objective.

  3. Report the test results to administration. There are four phases. PHASE 1: Preparing the test. Teacher prepare the test. Keep in mind the mental level and content.

  4. Phase 2: Administer the test Attendance Serial number(note down) Phase 3: Scoring Checking Make the List

  5. Through reporting test result administration can collect information about the effectiveness of educational program. With the help of the result obtained from tests, administration can easily collect information about aptitude, intelligence, interests, attitude, and overall programme of the students.

  6. Tests result enable administration to know how the future success of a students in a subject can be predicted. Enable the examiner to know how to guide students in educational and vocational choice.

  7. Require time and skill for its adequate preparation. The teacher take many days in marking the paper and loose the power of re-enforcement or motivation. Suggestion: Proper training is needed for paper setting, marking, supervision, drawing( recording and interpreting the test results) Systematic record keeping system should be developed (computerized)
