The institution will be granted a provisional extension with
areas the institution should address
The institution will have 
six months
 to address the
recommendations and submit a revised application

The institution’s membership in the IEP Program lapses
Institution will be moved to 
“inactive status”

Momentive account and application
“Lead” can add collaborators in Momentive and control
“view” and “edit” privileges
