Robotic Process Automation Software (RPA) Training, Support and Services FRAMEWORK CODE SSB025F TENDER ID 143661 COMMENT CATEGORY Software RPA software programs automate high volume, computer centric, rules based tasks. Robotic process automation robots or bots are software programmes, which have been designed to automate computer centric transactional processes and rules-based tasks by effectively mirroring user interactions with various software applications. The RPA software connects to any existing software applications being utilised by the PSB at a user interface level. Eircode, Postcode Address Encoding Services FRAMEWORK CODE SSB031F TENDER ID 145212 COMMENT Eircode Encoding means matching an address to the correct Eircode and adding the Eircode to addresses on a database. CATEGORY Services The Services available under this Framework comprise the provision of Eircode/Postcode Address encoding services for public bodies seeking to implement Circular 19/2017 ( Arrangements for the recording and utilisation of Eircodes within the Public Service ). The scope of services available from this Framework includes: matching an address to an Eircode and appending an Eircode to an existing address on a database in which Eircodes are currently absent. The delivery of the Eircode/Postcode Address Encoding Service to Public Sector Bodies is to be highly accurate, efficient and comprehensive. Wide Area Network (WAN) Connectivity Services Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Wide Area Network COMMENT FRAMEWORK CODE ITC014F TENDER ID 186513 CATEGORY Telecoms The Dynamic Purchasing System for WAN services was established in July 2021 A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is available for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Wide Area Network connectivity. This includes: Government Cloud Networks; Public Service bodies wishing to interconnect their own Sites and Locations directly; Public Service bodies wishing to connect their own Sites and Locations through/using Government Networks; Connectivity and backhaul from a Site or Location to the Government Networks; Diverse connectivity from a Site and/or Location to the Government Networks.
