Highlights and Targets of HG2015 Workshop
The HG2015 workshop had a high attendance rate of 93%, with 91 registrants participating in 14 talks by CERN and 6 talks by SLAC. The event also featured 11 posters and a visit to a factory. Key goals included discussions on the production of high gradient accelerating structures and potential collaborations for experimental conditioning processes. Contacts were made with experts from SLAC and CERN for information and collaboration opportunities.

Summary of HG2015 Attendance: 93 Registrants: 91 14 Talks by CERN Talks: 46 6 Talks by SLAC Posters: 11 Visit to the factory More than 40%
Targets and Goals: 1. Ask to Sami Tantawi (SLAC) the so called SLAC recipe for production, manufacturing and surface preparation of the high gradient accelerating structures. 2. Get in contact with Walter Wuensch (CERN) for possible collaboration on the experimental conditioning process of the THOMX RF gun. 1. Sami Tantawi did not come to the Workshop! Got in contact with Valery Dolgashev: o ask Mr Juwen Wang for the SLAC recipe concerning the fabrication of the High Gradient structures. Mr Juawen Wang available to send me the SLAC recipe . I am waiting for his reply! o previous experience in the construction of the same type of High Gradient structures. He has already participated in the construction of the same structures for the same machine in California. Participation with Lyncean factory. o available for unofficial communications and information. o available to manage a visit to SLAC concerning the practical experience and collaboration in the construction and manufacturing process usually made at SLAC.
2. Walter Wuensch (CERN) asked me which type of the software and hardware (acquisition system) is nowadays present in the stand conditioning room at LAL . Why???? o The software development: Benjamin Woolley (Lancaster University and CERN); o Data analysis: Alberto Degiovanni (CERN) and Jorge Giner Navarro (University of Valencia and CERN). o Is LAL interested in participating in THOMX RF gun conditioning in collaboration with CERN? o High Gradient CERN Group is available to install the software! Pierre Lepercq
o Got in contact with Anastasiya Solodko (CERN), for information on the fabrication process and cavities production at CERN. She is available to send me the CERN manufacturing recipe I have already sent an email and I am looking for her reply! o Alexej Grudiev (RF design of CLIC structures) during the poster session. o David Alesini (INFN Frascati): available to visit LAL next autumn for HFSS simulations.
