  1. Thank you COLTS!

  2. Fire Chief Martin sent the video to all 6 stations in Woolwich, over 130 firefighters. It was very well received and "made us feel proud to serve our communities". Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and gratitude with us. AND thank you for doing your part is keeping everyone healthy and safe. You are our bright future:) Wishing you... Happy Day, Happy Night, Happy Dreams Kelly Christie Executive Director Woolwich Community Services kelly_wcs@yahoo.ca http://www.woolwichcommunityservices.org

  3. Wow Karen thank you so very much please convey to the students how much we appreciate this wonderful expression of support. At the health clinic when this all started staff were just as scared and worried for themselves and their families as anyone but we also have a job to do and a whole community to keep safe so people kept coming to work as we figured out how to do most of our work virtually. We still see some people in the clinic and we urge our patients who are sick to call us so we can make sure noone goes poorly cared for. We are so pleased everyone in the community has stepped up to help keep everyone else safe. Physical distancing and hand washing are so important but keeping a great mental health outlook is also so important. Reaching out to express gratitude is fantastic and we want to encourage your students to help look after each other and other people in the community especially those living at risk while isolating at home - seniors, the differently abled, people with underlying health conditions, newcomers to the community especially those whose first language isn't English, anyone experiencing financial pressures or family tensions. Please let us know if there are ways we can provide information or connection to support anyone with concerns as we try to ensure our health and social support net is working effectively and efficiently. We have learned its key to keep reinforcing connections so the web of support is strong and has no holes. Thanks so much for brightening my afternoon I will be sending these awesome messages to the whole team! Sincerely Rosslyn Bentley, Executive director , Woolwich Community Health Center

Thanks for sharing and putting this thank you together Stefan (Shopper s Drug Mart Elmira) Thank you so much for this wonderful message and video! I have shared the link with our staff and volunteers. What a wonderful way to boost the spirits of our frontline staff and volunteers who are working hard to serve seniors and others across our Townships, keeping them healthy, safe and connected to others during this pandemic. We absolutely loved the great artwork and the message of hope and inspiration! Thank you so much for thinking of us and for your work on this project. With thanks, Cathy Harrington Executive Director Community Care Concepts of Woolwich, Wellesley & Wilmot

  5. My goodness this is beautifully done and so appreciated by our team here! The artwork, the themes and the power of the young man s message I am so touched and impressed with the work these children have done. Of course I imagine this is all pulled together remotely working from home in a collaborative way from kitchen tables around the community now serving as desks. Please send our sincere appreciation with the students and parents for helping to lift our spirits. In times of isolation, it is so heart warming to receive something from the outside showing that we are all still connected. We are sharing this with the rest of the team at our morning meeting among the entire staff tomorrow. Eyes will be dampened with the outpouring of support. Sincerely yours from St. Jacobs Place, Sara and the whole crew!
