  1. Hammarskjold High School Grad Assembly - March 26, 2019

  2. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS Ontario Secondary School Diploma = 30 credits + 40 community hours + Literacy requirement Note: Only potential graduates will be allowed to cross the stage at Convocation

  3. Commencement Tuesday, June 11th at 7 pm

  4. Tuesday, June 11th at 7 pm Convocation is being held at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium for all potential graduates. Please let your family know! Invitations will be mailed home in May but please share this date at home well in advance. We encourage all potential graduates to participate in the ceremony. If you are not able to be part of this evening, please let Mrs. Black in Student Services know.

  5. Graduation and Student Fees Graduation fees are $35 and Student Fees are $15, both of which can be paid in the main office ASAP Graduation fees cover the graduation gown rental and the purchase of the cap and tassel. We require height measurements in feet and inches for the graduation gown. Please come to Student Services to provide your height

  6. Potential graduates will be invited to the cafeteria during period 2 where important information about Convocation will be provided. GRADUATION MEETING and BBQ A BBQ lunch in honour of potential graduates will follow in the courtyard. June 10, 2019 Graduation gowns are distributed in Student Services following the barbeque.

  7. GRADUATION DINNER AND DANCE The dinner and dance will be held Wednesday, June 26th at The Italian Cultural Centre. Tickets will go on sale in June. More information to follow!
