Most of the City s operations are largely manual, they are not yet automated hence the City requires physical manpower in most of these areas resulting in females shunning employment in such areas and males dominating those fields. E.g garave digging, trench digging for pipe laying or repairs, tree cutters and refuse operators.

  7. Is there a budget to bring about parity Executive/Senior positions that are still vacant which have been budgeted. Previously male dominated positions that are also vacant but already budgeted for.
