General Registration Opening December 8, 2021 at 11 AM EST
BD/Sales Registration BD/Sales representatives will only be allowed to register with the purchase of a tabletop exhibit or sponsorship Registration fee is in addition to the sponsorship/exhibit cost All companies purchasing sponsorships or tabletop exhibit space will be limited to a TOTAL of 2 BD/Sales representative registrations (excluding speakers or committee members) Tabletop Exhibitor: Ability to purchase up to 2 BD/Sales representative registrations
BD/Sales Registration Diamond, Platinum & Gold sponsorship: Ability to purchase up to two (2) BD/Sales representative registrations Purchase of Silver sponsorship or below: Ability to purchase one (1) BD/Sales representative registration Purchase of 2 Silver (or below) sponsorships: Ability to purchase two (2) BD/Sales representative registrations Total purchase $10,000: Ability to purchase 1 ADDITIONAL delegate pass for a VP-level (non-sales) executive

Registration Payment Full payment will be required within four weeks of registration Failure to comply may result in tabletop exhibit and/or sponsorship(s) being offered to wait-listed vendors
Registration Payment with Credits from 2020 US Conference If you have a remaining credit from the 2020 US Conference, do NOT pay for your registration with a credit card! When you get to the payment page, Utilize the Alternate Payment method option, complete & submit your registration & send an e-mail to Finance@mygcsg.com asking that your credit be applied to your registration (You will not be charged the $100 alternate payment fee) All credits must be used by April 30, 2022

Registration Wait List for Tabletops In the event the tabletop exhibits sell out, a wait list will be created. During registrations, you will need to click a button to be added to the waitlist. Companies will be notified in the order that they joined the wait list if exhibit space becomes available.
Registration Substitutions Substitutions can be made via the online registration system at any time up until the start of the conference Memberships are non-transferrable so if the person substituting in to attend the conference does not have a GCSG membership, they will be required to pay the $249 annual membership fee
Registration Cancellation Cancellations Cancellation requests must be submitted via the online registration system. Cancellation requests received at least 6 weeks prior to conference start (prior to March 20th) will receive: Individual Conference registration refund of registration fee paid less a $250 administrative fee Exhibitors/Sponsors a 50% refund of fees paid No refund can be given for cancellations received less than 6 weeks prior to conference start
Other Fees Payments made via any method other than credit card or 2020 credit will be assessed a $100 administrative fee Payments requiring the manual processing of a credit card will be assessed a $100 administrative fee
Tabletop Exhibits Skirted table approximately 2.5 by 6 in size, with 115v power strip/3 prong socket Two types of tabletops: General - Cost is $4,500 (Attendee registration extra) 49 tables NEW Premium Cost is $6,000 (Attendee registration extra) 6 tables 55 Tabletops Available! Full Tabletop 2.5 feet 6 feet
Tabletops Tabletop: $4,500 (49 opportunities available) Premium Tabletop: $6,000 (6 opportunities available) Number of BD/Sales reps allowed to register: 2 Number of BD/Sales reps allowed to register: 2 Premium location in the foyer, right outside the exhibit hall & plenary session room; visible branding and foot traffic throughout the event Located in Exhibit Hall, open during scheduled networking hours Participation in the Vendor Reception within the Exhibit Hall and Vendor Prize Drawing Networking Activity Participation in the Vendor Reception in the foyer and Vendor Prize Drawing Networking Activity Recognition as a conference exhibitor on the GCSG website Recognition as a premium conference exhibitor on the GCSG website Conference logo banners will be provided for your use in email signatures or on your company website, LinkedIn or other social media platforms See GCSG 2022 US Conference Exhibitor Agreement for full details.
Tabletop Exhibit Guidance All exhibit materials must fit completely on the tabletop provided (approximately 2.5 X 6') No exhibit materials are allowed on the floor in the exhibit area Exhibitors may only install tabletop displays with a maximum height of 5 from the top of the table One tabletop per company (including subsidiaries or sister companies) is permitted. (A company is defined by the highest level of the organization regardless of brand differentiation within the overall organization) Exhibitor personnel must wear their registration badges at all times
Sponsorships Registration opens December 8 at 11 AM EST Currently planning for 47 sponsorship opportunities ranging in price from $2,000 to $12,000 All sponsorships include: Recognition on website Recognition on signage at the event Recognition on slide carousel projected in plenary room between sessions
Sponsorships Additional sponsorship benefits may include: Recognition by Master of Ceremonies Logo on sponsored item (App, Lanyard, etc) Ability to provide items with logos to attendees (Table drop, Lounges, etc) Ability to register 1 additional BD/Sales delegate (Diamond, Platinum, Gold) See sponsorship package descriptions for complete details! <LINK>
