  1. FUNCTIONING OF INSTITUTIONAL ALLOTMENT LAND BRANCH The Institutional Allotment Land Branch deals with the cases of allotment of DUSIB land to Government Departments only. As per Section 33(1) of DUSIB Act, Board has the power of allotment of land belonging to DUSIB. All land belonging to DUSIB are Nazul Lands and the Hon ble LG of Delhi is the Competent Authority for allotment of Nazul Lands under Nazul Land Rules of DDA.

RATES ON WHICH LAND IS ALLOTTED Board decided in 7thmeeting on 04.07.2012 to allot land to all Government Departments, on the basis of Circle Rates on Lease basis except GNCTD Schools, where the land will be allotted as per DDA rates.   3. PROCEDURE OF ALLOTMENT On receipt of request from any Govt. Department and after confirmation from the Land Branch its sanctioned land use, available area and measurement obtained from the Town Planning Wing of DUSIB, then the cost of land calculated by the Finance Wing of DUSIB. After completing all the above codal formalities, the department, whose request received in the department, convey the cost and measurement of the DUSIB land, if available, and request to communicate its consent for allotment by DUSIB. After receiving of written consent of the requesting Department, the case placed before the Board for approval subsequently by the Government of Delhi i.e. Hon ble LG of Delhi through UD Department, GNCTD for final approval. After seeking approval of Competent Authority, letter issued to the requesting Department for depositing of payment towards land cost as well as ground rent @2.5% per annum provisionally on lease basis (for 30 years initially)/ license fee as applicable on case to case basis. On receipt of demanded payment, the possession of land handed over to the concerned Department through Engineering Wing of DUSIB. its

Land Allotted to Delhi Police i) 644.11 sq.mtr. at C Block Shahbad Dairy. iv) 788.16 sq.mtr at Sawda Ghewra Ph-1 ii) 2305.28 sq.mtr at Bharat Nagar Wazirpur JJ colony. iii) 179 sq.mtr. ( 1920 sq. ft) at Ranjeet Nagar. 3. Land Allotted to Directorate of Education, GNCTD i) 755 sq.mtr at Block-8 opp. H.No- 22,Dakshinpuri Extension. ii) 2579.38 sq.mtr. at Block-2 opp. Plot No.2/93, Dakshinpuri. iii) 2114 sq.mtr. at Block.E, Pkt-II, Dakshinpuri. iv) 428.46 sq.mtr. at Block.B, opp. H.No-309, Dakshinpuri. v) 2154 sq.mtr. at Kh. No.215 opp. C-1 Block Bhalaswa JJ Colony. Land Allotted to IGL ii) 1107.27 sqm was allotted at Trilokpuri Block-30 ( Site-I) iii) 1119.83 sqm was allotted at Trilokpuri Block-19 ( Site-II) i) 1485 sq.mtr. at Mangolpuri. 6. Land Allotted to DHS iii) 3449 sq.mtr at Sawda Ghewra Ph-3 i) 1900 sq.mtr. at Sanjay Gandhi Hospital Mangolpuri. ii) 2497 sq.mtr. at Mother child Hospital Nangloi. 7. NOC /User permission on temporary basis issued to DHS for Mohalla Clinics i) NOC/user permission issued to DHS in respect of 182 site s pertaining to DUSIB for establishment of Mohalla Clinic with the approval of Hon ble Minister of UD/Vice Chairman DUSIB
