Free Trade Agreement (FTA) EU-Peru, Colombia and Protocol of Accession of Ecuador FTA with Peru provisionally applied from March 2013 Protocol of Accession of Ecuador to FTA with EU, Peru and Colombia in process of translation, legal review and final approval till the end of 2016 FTA covers market access on trade in: agricultural and industrial goods; services and establishment; government procurement; It gradually eliminates custom duties, tariff quotas and technical barriers to trade, improves the access to government procurement and also includes the protection of intellectual property.
