Gwendolyn Fontenette Task 2 This digital classroom has made me more of a believer. Formative assessments are very important and a great way to make sure that I am using data to help me track student progress. I have used assessments before, but I have learned a number of great new ways to assess. I plan to use a number of the ideas. My favorite was Socrative. If students believe they are racing against each other they love it. They love they competition. They can actually see their cars moving across the board. I was excited learning about the tool. I plan to start this right away. This would be a great thing to do to begin school. I would ask them question that they would have learned in 2nd grade to assess things we need to review.
