Gadsden ISD is working local agencies to provide
trainings/workshops and materials to pregnant
women, parents of infants and toddlers and home
daycare providers.
The partnering agencies are:
WIC- Women, Infants and Children
CAA-Community Action Agency
Children’s Reading Alliance
The trainings/workshops will educate the community
on early childhood literacy development. At the
end of the training, they will be able to define and
describe developmental milestones for children
ages 0-2 and utilize effective strategies to support
infants and toddlers develop language and literacy
skills.
 
Registered in the New Mexico
Trainers Registry as a Master
Level trainer.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in
Psychology from New Mexico
State University, Master’s
Degree in Public Administration
from the University of New
Mexico. Phd student University
of New Mexico.
Provides professional
development support to early
childhood educators
throughout the state.
