  24. Financial Benefit of Contracting to the Village of Eagle With budgets becoming tighter, contracting for law enforcement services has become a great economical value added measure.

  25. Realized Efficiencies- Economies of Scale Gain all the resources of a large and experienced Law Enforcement Agency. Provided with a modern police force beyond what a small local government could afford. Administrative Command Staff, Finance, Human Resources, Clerical, and Training Departments already in place. The municipality only pays a fraction of the full cost because they only pay for the percentage they use.

  26. Reduced Liability All activities are under direct control of an on-duty supervisory and command staff who are accessible to citizens, elected officials and village staff 24 hours a day. 30. Testimonials "The City of Pewaukee-Sheriff's Contract decision was a difficult one for our community. We had initial concerns about a loss of control, the effectiveness of a contract, actual cost savings and the level of service. In the end, all of our best expectations we're met. The service level and quality of that service surpassed those of our former department. We continue to experience considerable cost savings and we actually feel we have more control over service levels than we formerly had. I am available to answer any questions or elaborate on our excellent experience with our Sheriff's contract." Scott Klein, Mayor of the City of Pewaukee.

  31. Testimonials The Village of Sussex has utilized the Sheriff to provide police coverage for over 40 years and it was one of the best decisions the Village ever made. To start with, we get a modern police force with capabilities beyond what a small local government can afford on its own. Whenever the Village has needed or wanted unique police service or had specific policy goals the Sheriff has listened to our needs and met us with a solution that worked for everyone. We have local control, higher levels of service, and competitive pricing with excellent service delivery." Jeremy Smith, Village of Sussex-Village Administrator

  32. Testimonials "One of the best benefits of contracting with the Waukesha Sheriffs Department is the community specific service we receive. The officers that have been assigned to Lisbon know the area, have gotten to know the residents, and respond to calls as if it was there home community." Joe Osterman Town of Lisbon Chairman
