Comprehensive Health and Wellbeing Initiatives for Menopause, Inclusivity, and Women's Health
This comprehensive initiative by the SNEE ICS Health, Wellbeing, and Retention Team in Suffolk & North East Essex focuses on addressing menopause, inclusivity, women's health, and mental health awareness. With specialized training for managers, inclusivity advocacies, men's mental health support, fertility and pregnancy services, and initiatives promoting women's health in various aspects, this program aims to create a supportive and informed environment for all individuals. Additionally, the project emphasizes breaking stigmas, raising awareness, and providing necessary resources to enhance overall health and wellbeing.

Monthly sessions taking place the 3rd Thursday of every month 15.30 16.30 Supportive environment for all those working across SNEE ICS Guest speakers including Medical Herbalist & GP SNEE ICS HWB Team have now trained 45 advocates across the system Accreditation In-house advocate training Sharing resources An overview of peri menopause and menopause Symptoms Potential treatments available How to have a productive discussion with your GP Changes in HRT charges
Mental Health Awareness & Support Monthly Awareness Sessions For Men Men s only group specifically aimed at Men, Trans Men and Non-binary Safe environment, no wrong questions Why do men need to have awareness?
